First Female Executive Chef joins Delta Montréal Hotel

Montréal - The Delta Montréal is proud to announce the appointment of Arianne Morin to Executive Chef. Morin is making history - she is the hotel’s first woman to serve in this position and one of the very few within the hotel industry in Montreal and Quebec.

Morin joined the Delta Montréal team in 2004 as Sous-Chef. Since then, her strong skills and talent for menu development has placed her in a natural leadership role. Morin trained at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec and has experiences with some of Montreal’s most prominent hotel restaurants and is acclaimed for producing original and flavourful dishes. In her new role with the Delta Montreal, she will be responsible for Aroma, a Mediterranean-style restaurant, the Cordial Bar, and will oversee all catering and banquet food functions being held at the hotel.

“Working at Aroma gives me the opportunity to be creative and explore international dishes which our guests savor,” says Morin. “The name Aroma challenges me to create a culinary experience that reawakens the senses beyond just the taste!”
